Ultrasonic thickness meter UDSM2M-35 is intended for ultrasonic testing of welded railway joints at rail-welding enterprises and en route, as well as for the secondary and specifying testing.
The manual scanner (coordinate device) ensures fast, secure and reliable examination of the tested object. It makes possible to receive the conventional size of the tested object and its image in three projections.
The flaw detector’s acoustic path has a high resolution, which ensures a high reliability of the testing results. The usage of the new colour display ensures high contrast of the image under any illumination conditions.
The proprietary software gives the possibility to transfer the saved data to the PC for further processing of the testing results, as well as
to create reports and testing protocols which include the instrument settings and measurement data.
